Been looking through all the various detail companies and trying to figure out who makes the best AIO for the detail jobs for the person who doesn't want to pay the full 3 stage or even 2 stage prices but just wants the most basic detail after a claybar (if needed).

An AOI that does a good swirl removal(cut), polish, and final wax with the best overall results.

So which is the one you all recommend for those of you that have experience with the All In One products?

Also I have a DA so those of you that do AIO work with a DA would probably apply best.

Megs cleaner is good. Takes some swirls out too. Just a little bit. 4 stars

PoorBoy's Polish with sealant.

I tried this over the summer down here in Florida, I was really disappointed in the durability.

•Any of Meguiar's AIOs are "GO-TOs"...IMO.
-The following may be just-the-one, for your stated purpose:

Meguiars Mirror Glaze #66 Quick Detailer Gallon: A one-step cleaner wax for high production reconditioning with a dual action or rotary polisher! (http://www.autogeek.net/meguiars-quick-detailer-.html)

How does Meguiars #66 compare to their D151?

I used M66 for the first time yesterday, worked awesome! I was supposed to work on a car at a car show yesterday, but he was a no show. So guy came up to me and we made the deal of using a 1 step for his dually.

Since I wasn't going to be doing a 1 step, I didn't bring my D151. Luckily Oneway Detailing told me to use his M66 while he attended to his customers car.

Man it worked great! I'm still not to familiar with the product, but did an awesome job. Wiped of really easily too.

I worked in direct sunlight and the panels were in fact hot. I even got a sun burn because I was out there polishing away for hours. It did not dry up, no dust, and did an amazing job.

I haven't had a chance to load up my recent jobs, because I've been moving, but there coming, but now I am going to start marketing out here. So we'll see how my thread goes.

I did use a spray wax to top it though, since that's what the deal with the customer yesterday was.

Wow nice work man the truck looks great! Especially so if that's only the 1st time using it.

Did you use a DA polisher and also which color buffing pad seemed to work best for the M66?
Did that truck have alot of swirling or scratches and if it did how did the #66 do getting rid of them?

Also in your opinion with big trucks such as that one, what is a fair price you think for doing an AOI detail on it?

I used a Rupes 21 with a LC 7" white kompressor pad. and 5.5" polishing pad on my HF DA for the bumpers.

There were some paint imperfections that M66 and the combo I described wasn't able to tackle (waterspots) it did remove a lot of water spots, but some were really etched in the paint. I would have stepped it up, if the job called for it.

I was really impressed with M66, it added a lot of gloss, removed some water spots and was really easy to work with, especially given the fact that I was indirect sunlight.

for a truck that big, I would price it at $400 for an AIO

oh and off topic: I was really proud of myself because I tackled this job completely by myself (hard for me to get on tall things). I did use Oneway's generator and his M66 though, but did bumper to bumper and rocker moldings to the roof. (Polished the roof all by myself, I even yelled at Tommy (Oneway Detailing) while I was up there polishing away "Hey Tommy look at me!!!" :D

The truck was full of mud and dirt, probably took it off roading or something, so I asked the owner if he could take it down to the local car wash and spray off all the mud.

I then did a waterless wash, clay, AIO and spray wax.

cleaned the windows and undercarriage.

Finally I did a waterless wash on the wheels and dressed the tires.

and thank you very much
