Can you give more details of your tools, products and process?

How to you make sure the stains don't come back on the seats? I have heard others have had issues with them popping back up after drying

I use a degreaser and car shampo mix. I scrub then with hand brush and brush attachment on PC. Depending how mad I have pressure washed if it allows. I this follow up with shop vac to get up most the water. I finish it with mytee lite extractor.

What is the advantage of using the Shop-vac before the Mytee extractor?

It was 20 bucks and it's less wear and tear on a more expensive tool.
