Since moving here to Germany my detailing has really slowed down for me. Gone are the days of sunshine everyday of the week in Las Vegas to cloudy and overcast throughout the week in Germany. Although I am not complaining about the nice cool weather as apposed to the extreme heat in Vegas.

Normally I had cars lined up awaiting a makeover in Las Vegas but boy has that changed. Gone are the days of sunny weather and people wanting a clean car to "oh its just going to rain tomorrow so what the use?"

After seeing some of the '03 Rangers getting ready to go to the scrap yard and seeing how neglected they are I wanted to see what I could do to bring back some life in them.

I have brought my things along with me to practice and keep my skills set up to par on some of the military vehicles. I have a few interested now after seeing this decon makeover on this Ranger.

Process:
Hood rinsed to remove loose contaminates
Sprayed down with CarPro Trix
Agitated with a blue LC grout sponge
Sprayed Iron-X to boost the efficiency
Thoroughly rinsed down
Repeated first two decon steps
Clayed with Meguiar's blue clay and Last Touch
Corrected with 3401, FG400, and blue Hybrid pad
Waxed with CG Blacklight
Sprayed down Meguiar's D156 Synthetic Express

That ranger is an 04+... 03 and down has a different hood without the grill being so influential in the body lines raised in the cowl part in the front around the grill...
