What do you think these are?

I had a call this week from Perma-Plate (Coating insurance dealership company). They had a client near me that had tree sap on her car and wondered if I could get it off.
Apparently they work with local detailers to fix problems with warranty holders.
I said sure and they sent me the claim form. I called the owner and it just so happened, she worked in town and it was on my way home.
She said that she did not think it was tree sap and that was not the only thing....Here we go.
When I got there, I asked her if she had read the fine print of the warranty....She said no, and that she should have probably done that. So the car was a 2012 Nissan Murano in black and it was dirty, front was covered in bugs, so I knew that she was not doing a weekly or bi-weekly wash on this vehicle. Here are some of the pics of what I found. I don't think it is tree sap, I think it may be bird or something else, because it has etched the paint.

Looks like a Type II Bird Dropping Etching. I have an article on that...

Chances are too high that if you try to correct a Type II Bird Dropping Etching OR if some other substance caused this type of fractured or wrinkled paint that you'll go through the clear and expose the basecoat.

I wouldn't try to fix it.

Well, that is bad for her, but also another reason why I just wished these dealers would stop. They sold this lady a plan and it is not a good one. She said that the paint never had any beading to it, and when she took it back to the dealer to look at these issue, they installed more swirls for her.
