Is anybody out there using a car cover daily on a dark covered vehicle?

I know this can cause more harm than good, but I have heard of some people having luck as long as the car doesn't get very dirty.

I no choice but to park in the sun everyday at work and there is no garage space at home.

I was considering the Weathershield HP car cover. Also Opti-Coat, but it's hard for me to trust a ceramic coating that much.

Then don't do it...
Unless you assure your vehicle is clean!

It may not matter to you in the slightest...
But, for an assortment of reasons:
Some people will probably think you're a goober for doing it.

I don't use a cover but am considering it. Not daily but pretty close. My vehicle is a white truck. Not sure what difference the color makes but will follow the thread closely.
