Looking at buying either a 240V UDM (is it available yet?) or a Cyclo to end my years of hand rubbing paint. Looking for opinions from Members as to which is the best option ($$ are not the issue) for a DA/RO beginner loke myself.

I have a PC, but definitely the Cyclo, you'll get more work done with it as far as paint correction goes

The Cyclo Is Nice But I Find It Hard To Get It In Those Tight Areas.

Thanks Guys/Gals. Would consider a PC but they are only 110V. Everything in Oz is 240V so it is pretty much out of the question. UDM is cheaper (assuming they finally release the 240Volt model) but I've heard good things about the Cyclo.

I have both and if you had to buy one, I would go for the UDM to start with. Get 4" to 6" pads and you can cover everything.
I like the cyclo but it doesn't fit it all places on some vehicles.
I would buy in this order: UDM..metabo rotary...cyclo.

Thanks everyone. The UDM sounds like the right one to go with but the 240Volt model isn't available until 2008. Looks like the Cyclo is the winner by default.

Mate, by the time I get a PC and then a transformer to step it down to 110V, I may as well get a Cyclo. I only plan to use the Cyclo on my Lexus RX350 and my Porker so I can't see where I will have trouble getting into tight places. The UDM interested me as I am a "machine" beginner
