I made my own tire applicator by sowing a mf towel around a cheap dollar store sponge. Made a trim dressing applicator too.

I had a few old foam buffing pads i was gonna trash and decided to cut them into quarters and use them now as tire dressing applicators. I like your idea and have some old MF towels too and might sew some around my old pads.

Yeah I reverse the micro fiber and sow it the fold it inside out and insert the foam and sow it up and it has no seams showing

This one too. I made it and I really like it. Other detailers are using other DIY lights that are cheaper, but haven't figured how or what they are doing. Once I do though I'll report back :D
