The Old "Hoe" is looking mighty fine, after dropping some coin on some new 22" shoes.

There's a bottle of CQ UK standing by, as well as a full qt of Menz SF-4500.

I want to again do a light finesse polish, strip with CP Eraser, then coat.

I have every LC 5.5" flat pad there is with the PC7424XP, what would be your choice for a pad?

White? Blue? Black? Speed? I'm thinking #5.

The paint finish is pretty much totally swirl free, looking good, but want further luster-gloss.
Thanks all, Mark

Greetings...

If your paint is in great shape - and it sounds like it is - I'd go with a white pad and do your test spot. IMHO the black pads are a little squishy but you could try that too and see which gives the results you're looking for.

Good luck!:xyxthumbs::xyxthumbs::xyxthumbs:

I'd do a test spot with each pad and at different speeds. I use a rotary on the lowest speed, and the softest pad a I have which his gold. It has very small pores and the package said jeweling on it. That pad and rotary combination didn't work well on my Nova and I ended up using my Flex with a black pad so you just never know what's going to work with different clear coats.
