Hi my ? is for those of you that use 303 protectant what is your preferred choice of applicator, ive tried foam and a mf pad. The mf seems to soak up thee 303 and hold it. What are your thoughts?

I usually pic up some cheaper MF applicators and use those, I like how the MF pads hold product.

MF towel. I just mist it on and most of it stays on top of the naps

I use 303 Wipes and prefer them for grimy tasks like engine bay dressing. The wipes may not be the best value but are easy to use and always contain the perfect amount of product.

This is what I do. Works well every time.

Do you use the wipes on the interior too? I have a container of them, but found they were too wet with product and made a mess.

Old MF towel as well :)

200 gsm MF towel folded in quarters. I prime it with about 4 shots, then 1 shot for each surface after that. Yes, the towel does soak some of it up, but it puts on enough that it isn't too heavy and any high spots are easily dry-buffed. For the final dry buff, I use the thick side of a 530 gsm.

I just use a dedicated MF app that I keep for 303.

I find 303 to be too oily and use it mainly for the engine bay. Thus I usually use an old MF towel like everyone else
