I am contemplating the purchase of a foam gun. What is better the CG Foam Blaster 6 or the AG Branded Gilmore Foammaster?

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance

Gilmour from amazon, model 75ar?, ar for adjustable ratio. With brass not plastic.

Yes, I believe the AG version I was looking at had the adjustable ratio.

Interesting question. The Foamaster II has the plastic dial; I always wanted to try that when my Foamaster with the brass adjustments gave up. My reasoning is the plastic wouldn't corrode like the brass and become hard to adjust. I'm not sure if the general backlash against the plastic/II version is just "anti-plastic" or if there is actually some durability concern with that version.

Wait--that's for cleaning bunnies?

Hey, that Bunny Gun seems to have more/different ratios than the brass gun...I thought I had looked into this before and they were the same? The Gilmour site doesn't seem to have those details on it anymore.

hahaha, yeah those look like great deals alright.

I see Gilmore has the Foamaster II and the regular brass body Foamaster. Do each of these produce the same amount of foam or is one better than the other?

I have the plastic dial and love it. No issues, and I have pretty hard water where I live.

It's the same model number and the product description shows it has the Gilmour.

I have an older Gilmore and it has a brass fittings but after time and a couple of drops it was time to try the Bunny K. Just seems a little cheap , We wills see how the long haul does..

I found a Foamaster II on Amazon.ca that was a good price. Even better it includes free shipping!

I'm looking forward to trying this thing out.

I'll check out some other threads for type and amount of soap to use.

Thanks

Let us know what the dilution settings are on the II vs. the "I" that is sold here.
