Hi everyone,
My name's Bryan and I live in the San Francisco Bay area, AKA Silicon Valley.
After years of on and off lurking, I finally decided to register for this forum. The awesome people here have taught me a ton already, and I'm excited to become a participant so I can learn even more (and hopefully some day have an answer or two to contribute too).
I have always enjoyed detailing my own cars since my dad and I fixed up a 1984 Mustang convertible. There's not much better than hopping into a freshly cleaned interior and looking out of the streak free windows at the beautiful reflections on the hood.
I took a couple-year hiatus from doing my own detailing because I lived in an apartment with strict no-working-on-cars rule, but now that I'm in a house with a driveway and a new car…well, I think you know what happened next!
My specific reason for signing up now was to get some help troubleshooting the results of my first DA Polisher job (I've always been a by-hand guy), but I'll save those questions for the appropriate forum.
Thanks for many years of great ideas and advice. Looking forward to spending more time here!
