Detailed: 2010 IS250 - Obsidian Black

I finished detailing my car yesterday and I'm still new with the Meguiar's products, I used to be an Optimum person, but after these results, I will be putting my Optimum products in the back of the cabinet :)

The steps that I used:
Wash - AutoGlym Soap
Clay Bar - Riccardo Yellow Clay
M105 with PC7424XP & Yellow LC Pad
M205 with PC7424XP & White LC Pad
Natty's Paste Wax - Red - Applied by hand and removed with PC7424XP with LC Crimson Pad
M34 Final Inspection

All comments are welcome! I'm new to the forums but I've been doing this as a hobby for quite some time and this season I'm finally looking into upgrading my products and adding machines to the collection, any suggestions is appreciated.

I really like the artistic reflection shot. Your 50/50 did leave a couple of question (such as if you hand polished the scratches in the door handle area, and if the ghosting/haze was because the light oversaturated the picture or if it was that your 205 did not finish well (or maybe you did not IPA the oily residue off the paint)

In that before and after photo, it was only the M105 that was used. In that photo the handles aren't done.

The ghosting is the light that I had in the garage at that time. I was using the sunlight from outside but the work carried on into the night and I pulled out a spot light, which other local detailers advised was TOO bright.

I learnt a few things off this detail, I was so used to using Optimum, not for anything, it's pretty much idiot proof compared to Meguiar's.

I was introduced to the Brinkmann Maxfire Dual Xenon light, which helped me correct all the holograms (looked like holograms to me) from the M205, I have to say that wasn't easy to work with, but with time I'll get better at it.

IPA refers to Isopropyl alcohol. Generally used to remove polishing oil left on the CC.

Beautiful work!! eaglefan is correct. Try Menzerna FG400 and SF4000 (I use SF4500) and you will be blown away. I have tried alot of Polishes from different manufacturers and have donated all the rest. Menzerna is all I use for correcting.

Menzerna FG400, SF4500, Power-Lock, PF2500 (not as much because of FG400), and Top Inspection. I have Color-Lock (their carnauba wax), however I can't comment on it as I have not used it....yet.

Black cars look the best when they are worked correctly, Awesome work!

Last month I bought 128oz of M105 and M205, I'll try the Menzerna once I run low on this product. My top priority right now is to upgrade my polisher.
