I have an interior detail coming up. He is not expecting miracles but has a few stains and a bit of a mildew smell. His wife left the windows open while it was raining. Im concerned about the smell issue.
This is what I had in mind:

Shampoo carpets/floor mats
clean interior with APC and Ultima interior shampoo
Dakota odor bomb
DG 371 odor eliminator

What do you think. Any other suggestions are welcome.

You mite have to remove the carpet and replace the jute if it's moldy.

I once had a flood in my basement....couldn't get rid of the smell. Someone suggested coffee grinds. I sprinkled them all over the carpet (once it was dry of course) and left it for a couple days. Then I vacuumed up it all up. It smelled of coffee for a week and then dissipated and no more odor. Might be worth a shot in your situation
