What to order?

I have a 25' Chris-Craft that suffers from what I would call medium oxidation. I have a flex polisher but it appears that I need to use a rotary in order to bring back the original shine. I am a little confused and overwhelmed and would like to get some help in deciding what to order.

Rotary- Was leaning toward Makita, but would be willing tos take suggestions

Pads, etc- Wool I assume, size, backing plate etc?

Compound(s) Shurhold buff magic, m-105

Would like specific res if possible.
