Door scratches

I have a couple of scratches my finger nail is catching. Can a body shop repair this or would they have to paint the whole door

They will most likely just use touch up paint on the defected areas or if theirs no bare metal exposed than they will most likely wet sand down the defect but with either method there will be a compounding or polishing step at the end of the repair
