Hello all,

I was checking out the WeatherTech Wind&Rain Deflector and was wondering has anyone used this specific brand?
WeatherTech Dark Tinted 4 pc. (http://www.autogeek.net/darktinted4pc.html)

I like the style of these better than other brands due to the "in channel" mounting style opposed to using the double stick tape.

any info would be appreciated, thanks!

I've always been a big fan of these. I've got a set on my Maxima and Civic. I've installed them a few times so now it takes me about 10 minutes to install them on a car. I like leaving my window down an inch or two when it's hot here in FL to keep the car cool (along with a Covercraft UVS Heatshield). When it rains I have the windows cracked for fresh air and the a/c on low. These are popular with smokers too.

Yeah, I am here in Orlando, Fl, so I definitely understand the heat issue.

Appreciate the feedback, Ray.

They are a great product but here in the North east, sand tends to get stuck in window trim and rubber and scratches the top inch or two of glass due to the increase pressure from the detectors mounting in a space designed to accept just the thickness of the glass. I got rid of mine and put a set of the stick on deflectors.

On a side note, weathertech digifit floor liners I CANNOT live without!

No problem! Plus I think it can make certain cars look better too. Here's a before and after:

I like how they look on most cars.
