Rim Cleaner --- P21S (safe), DP Wheel Cleaner (safe, cost effective)
Tire Dressing --- Optibond from Optimum, Carpro Perl, Sonax Gel

Tire Dressing - add Eco Touch Tire Shine to the list, it's a serious sleeper.

I prefer Hyper Dressing. Talk about cost effective.

Out of all the dressings I tried, I would go with Meguiars Hyper Dressing, for customer cars.

For personal use I like Ultima Tire and Trim Guard, but then top it with Megs Hyper Dressing at 1:2 .

For wheels, I like D143 Or Megs APC if it's not safe to use D143.
