Any arachnid fans? Location is Northern VA if that helps with the ID.

fan.... hell no. The only good spider is a dead spider.
If it's the little dark/black ones that looks like they have their front legs "tucked"--I believe they are jumping spiders. Fast little suckers too.

It appears to be the acid and fireproof outdoor Northern VA jumping spider. I wouldn't worry about it. They eat flies and mosquitoes.

What a cute baby spider. This guy was on my daughters screen last summer. He was about the size of a half dollar.
