Owner contacted me and we discussed possible options and ended up deciding on a complete interior restoration plus a single step exterior polish. I polished one of these last year in the exact same colour so I pretty much knew what to expect when it came to paint correction.
Interior
I love tan/white coloured interiors but I'm not sure I'd ever own one in a vehicle that's driven year round. You can see from the pics that not one surface escaped from getting dirty however I was really surprised on how easily every stain came out even the bicycle grease stains in the back. Volvo does you some real quality material in their interiors.

Exterior
This is where the surprise came, even though I had done the exact same model and colour last year the clear on this one was not giving up anything. Even with tuff buff wool pads and M101 I was barely making any progress, I decided to wet sand many panels and while it certainly took care of the issue I did go over in time. (out of my pocket) but there was no way I would let him pick it up without having done so.

I wish I had taken more photos during the process but I knew I was already going over in time right from the first panel.

Really nice work. My in-laws have a dark green XC70 with that light interior. Does the Opti protect help guard against color transfer for denim pants on the seat?

Amazing turnaround. I just traded my Black on Black XC60 R Design for a Toyota Sienna due to little one and needing more room for road trips. The interior was amazing on it. The Sienna interior is light. Its killing me already!!! I miss black interiors.

Thank you.. Honestly I would say no but I do love the product for many other reasons.

Thank you. .Yes Black is the way to go however what's nice about cleaning a light coloured interior is it's easier to tell when it's clean, if that makes sense lol.

Amazing turn around!
My friend always says "going woolie on it" when I use a wool pad for stronger correction.

Great work!

Nice work both inside and out! Every time i see before and afters from a full detail (both inside and out) i automatically think of the customer when they come to pick it up. THAT will blow someone away, especially because of the light colored interior and i agree...it is easier to tell improvement with light colors.

Very well done my friend!!! :dblthumb2:

Thank you! I always try and wonder what customer expectations are when they get their first detail. Whether they expected more or less from it.

He picked it up with his pedal bike and I could tell he cringed putting it back in there after he saw that all the grease stains were removed lol.
