Lately our business has been pretty busy which is a good thing. So this client of ours, happens to be a good friend of mine, just got delivered of this.....

2014 Ferrari 458 Italia Spider
http://i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y415/PinpointPrecisionAutoDetailing/Mobile%20Uploads/0B35D4DB-5970-4C25-9FF2-AB12D4F0275C_zpsvzu91xot.jpg (http://s1273.photobucket.com/user/PinpointPrecisionAutoDetailing/media/Mobile%20Uploads/0B35D4DB-5970-4C25-9FF2-AB12D4F0275C_zpsvzu91xot.jpg.html)

Of course as usual, I blame myself for this but I think that's why I tend to become good friends with all of our clients, is that I love cars and so do they. People now come to us looking for shops, custom shops and so on... It's amazing and I only send them to the best, period.

So he had his car done by Exclusive Motoring, kept it simple as possible but made a huge difference

After there were done.

More aggressive and meaner for sure.
http://i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y415/PinpointPrecisionAutoDetailing/Mobile%20Uploads/74FB1C01-9D24-4575-AC9A-444F2E4E7B96_zpsfy1ljbqh.jpg (http://s1273.photobucket.com/user/PinpointPrecisionAutoDetailing/media/Mobile%20Uploads/74FB1C01-9D24-4575-AC9A-444F2E4E7B96_zpsfy1ljbqh.jpg.html)

So at the last minute he decided to take the car to GoldRushRally. I knew that I was running against time but iknew that putting the hours in, I would be able to get it done. So we booked for 2 days, full paint correction plus CQuartZ.

I have done his Maserati before, so he wanted the same thing done to his new baby.

4 of his other friends are already booked once thy comeback from GoldRushRally, hopefully the shop will be done.

Washing stages plus stripping and decon the paint.

http://i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y415/PinpointPrecisionAutoDetailing/Mobile%20Uploads/86DF413E-8502-4454-A6A8-DC8723F2DA5E_zpsm0bohcet.jpg (http://s1273.photobucket.com/user/PinpointPrecisionAutoDetailing/media/Mobile%20Uploads/86DF413E-8502-4454-A6A8-DC8723F2DA5E_zpsm0bohcet.jpg.html)

After all the washing stages and decon the paint, the car was pulled in. Myself and the owner couldn't believe how terrible the paint looked.

Before condition.

That is how the entire car looked. Not okay but I was here to help and fix it.

Not wasting any time I got my products out.

Products and equipment:

Dewalt
Flex3401
M105
HD Polish
LC Orange, Purple Wool, White
Eraser
CQuartZ
Deluxe
Flyby30

50/50 after M105. It did leave a little hazyness but that was removed once the polishing was done, which I used HD Polish on a LC white pad.

1 day in the half it took me for the multiple polishing stages, after that, washing was a must to remove the dust cause by the abrasives, the car then was dried using a leaf blower and MF towels.

2 passes to ensure the car was oil free with Eraser was done and then it was time for coating.

http://i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y415/PinpointPrecisionAutoDetailing/Mobile%20Uploads/E66F8036-B366-444C-99C2-64C424DA5EA7_zpsfvgt36pr.jpg (http://s1273.photobucket.com/user/PinpointPrecisionAutoDetailing/media/Mobile%20Uploads/E66F8036-B366-444C-99C2-64C424DA5EA7_zpsfvgt36pr.jpg.html)

After the coating was done, I pulled the car out to help it cure faster on the sun.

Gotta love coatings, it really makes the paint super glossy.

Final pictures to come later. Uploading them once I get home. Going for a ride of a lifetime with my friend on his Ferrari. I will record it. ;)

Although I'd like (and enjoy) seeing more pictures, the correction image and the few you added for afters are enough to convince me the awesome work you've made.

Congratulations for working with such confidence and talent on those beautiful cars.

Thanks for sharing,

Kind Regards.

Trust me too, if I had another day absolutely. Taking pictures sometimes slow the job side and I was under pressure to get it done so unfortunately not as many as I would hope but some of them, you get the picture of how bad the finish was. We are already booked solid for the coming month so now the shop as well, doing everything on my own not easy since i want things to look professional as possible. My wife is 7 months pregnant so she is doing all she can to help me.

Obrigado thank u

I`m right there with you.We have a local Guy that is one of the worlds largest collector of old Ferrari`s.My Buddy works sometimes for him as a machinist. He showed me one rear end part that nobody has nor would they sell. Price tag $30.000.00.It took him one month to complete. For me my things to be machined are cheap or free.Sorry Francisco to hi-jack your thread and look forward to seeing you one day in the AGG.Tim.:hijacked:

After him and I took for a test drive. I got up to 150mph and he got up to 190mph. One long straight away on the back of his complex.

Pure adrenaline.
