What pads for Carpro Ceriglass on Chrome and Aluminum?

Hi guys,

Ceriglass says it can be used on Chrome and Aluminum.

Which hand pads can be used with Ceriglass on Chrome bumpers and thin Aluminum door panel covers? Would the little sponge blocks in the kit do?

Also Which with a DA? Would the Carpro Glass rayon pads do or that's too abrasive?
