Hey all,
I performed a search in the forums here, and I can't find any article on old dried wax removal. I recently detailed a vehicle that had a lot of old wax built up in the crevices along the vehicle. I tried using microfiber and detail spray to loosen the wax, and it seemed to do nothing. Are there any tips or products out there for removing the nasty old wax? Thanks guys.

I compounded my truck a while ago and got some compound rubbed into the weather stripping on the door because I was being lazy and didn't tape it off... Needless to say nothing would remove it so I dealt with it until I got a new pressure washer. That thing took it right off. I don't know how it would do with old dried wax on paint though. I've never had to remove old dried wax but from what I've read on here you can use an apc diluted 10:1 to remove it. Again, it's what I've read.
