Foamgun is ordered!!!

I ordered my autogeek foamgun last night!! Cant wait till I can try it out!! ANyone have any tips or anything I need to know!!!

Get yourself a shutoff valve ( I use the Dramm) so you will not always need to use the gun portion. Also get several quick connects. That way, you can still sheet water, and use different nozzles for lawn and pressure cleaning when wanted.

As for the gun .... it is great. I usually use less than 2 ounces of soap and 6-8 ounces of water in the canister. I have my pin set low on two. Plenty of suds for presoaking, and I still use a bucket to wash mitts while washing. I respray , wipe, and then rinse the mitt.

Another little trick we have learned while experimenting out back with the foam gun... shake the container a bit after getting your soap in there. This seems to make it foam up more! :righton:

try spraying teh foam at the mitt as you wipe it across the paint. crazy, a little akward to position sometimes, but the lubrication is unmatched!
