There is a post some one did a while ago using woolies hooked up to a drill. His came out amazing. Me personally I'd just use wenols I love the stuff

-Start by cleaning them up some with a glass-cleaner and a cotton towel.
-Then use a mild metal polish on an applicator pad.
I like Simichrome...Don't know what you have on hand.
-Buff...with what will become a dedicated exhaust cloth.
See what they look like.

I'm getting great results with P21S polishing soap.

Mothers mag polish works well for me. Available over the counter. But I just saw a review (just's I think) for p21s and it looked like it was killer.

That's was gonna be my suggestion. Awesome stuff. Try to clean up first.
