Cquarz UK or Coatings on Boat gel coat????

Hey guys. I have a client that I am scheduled to clean 2 of his Mercedes. I go talking with him about the new coatings and Pinnacle Synergy letting him know the longevity of these products. He also has a really nice well kept 36ft 2012 Yellow Fin center console. He asked if I could find out if Cquartz could be used on his hull? So can it?

I just asked Mike Phillips this several days ago.

GTechniq has a product, C1 that is a nano quartz coating that works with marine applications. Mike actually stated that GTechniq got their start in marine applications.

only to make sure surface is free of oils, salts or anything that can interfere the bonding.

I've wondered if I could put a coating on my boat too, but wasn't sure how it would bond to the gel coat. Nice!

I think it works werry well, i coated a boat one year ago, and the owners of the boat are rely pleased!

This boat is in Sweden if it matter, it was coated with oc 2.0. And this side is having this side against the sun when it is not used.

The side have some stains on it from washes and rain. I can try take some closer pics if you like :)
