Buffing out window scratches?

So living where I live, it is very windy and sandy. I am thinking it is all of the grime that has gotten into the window trim and caused it to scratch, making it look cloudy with my dark tint behind it. Is there a way to clean up a window?

Before you start trying to fix the defects be sure to clean the trim and any seals around the window free of dirt then if the scratches are not deep enough that it catches your nail then you will want to clean, and clay the windows (you could also shave them if you done it before) then take a glass polish and glass polishing pad or a combo like meguiars m105/m205 with a orange pad or any cutting polishing pad...hope this help a bit
