I need help sonny company's claim to have the best black wax on market I don't want to spend thousands trying them all. Is there any well known black wax that actually will produce the results it claims. I'd love to hear what worked for you specifically on black waxes. Want to order just can't decide.

Its really more about the prep than the wax. Lots of good inexpensive waxes out there that will look great with the right prep.

+1 no one wax is going to make a black look perfect, the polishing and decon is what does it, the wax is just the topper that adds protection and somewhat changes looks in some cases.

I used Manzerna fg4500 with a yellow light cutting rupes pad on my 2014 Venza and it did an awesome job removing the swirl marks... I sealed the paint with menzernas power lock to protect the paint after polishing it... Really like the way the black shined and I didn't even had the time to apply wax on it!

bought one of those newer altima's when they first came out in 2004, that V6 is one peppy motor. the torq steer in winter was heightening, did a 360 right in front of a McDonalds with a slight touch of the brake scared the bejezus out of me.

Personally I have had great luck with sonax PF. And if I were to choose a "black wax" it would be custmsprty's suggestion. But ideally if it is a daily driver and you do not want to reapply all that often I would look into a coating (like cquartz uk).

HD Polish is the product to use on black paint. It is water based and will you that wet look black car drivers crave.

I asked the same question not long ago... Most will say BF, but for the cost, the next best option seemed to be either be Nattys blue, or DP max wax.
I did a correction with Meg's D151, topped with DP max wax.... Very pleased. Soon, I'll be getting a bottle of PB black hole to polish with when the Wax gets weak to make the paint pop even more, then toss on a new coat of max wax.
