Hey guys while cleaning these wheels (chrome) I couldn't get them shiny It has some ground in residue for lack of a better word this pic after I used apc 4:1 amd scrubbed with brush and dried and I still had this
Customer says he will pay me extra if I can get these really clean
How about Ironx ?
I have wheel brightener?
Clay?

My guess is the finish is damaged. But, its hard to tell from the pics. I'd try Wheel Bright. If it can be removed - that should remove it. I'd also try and polish it off with P21S Multi Surface. If that doesn't work - nothing will.

That looks like scuffs or scratches therefore I think a metal polish or a combo like meguiars m105/m205 should do the trick though make sure you given the iron-x, clay, and then wheel brighter a shot

Are they chrome or clear coated chrome that is going to decide on the proper process.
If it's clear coated get a heavy duty wheel cleaner I'm a Royal Brown fan.
If the are you are down to polishing some rims. I use P21s polishing soap.
Iron X may also be an option but check the indications
