I had to try Collinite after reading so much about it. First i did some work with 105 on the PC with orange pad, rough winter here in Michigan. Then Poorboys blackhole followed by NXT 2.0. Topped it off with the Collinite, not sure if the NXT was necessary. Overall impressed with the Collinite looks great and at a good price. The truck is a 09 that i bought used from the owner of a landscape company. I have had to put a lot into trying to get it looking good.

Truck looks good...
I'd have never guessed it was a used '09 work-truck.

I wonder how the Collinite (#845?) would have made the truck look without it being applied on top of all the other products.

Truck looks great but the NXT wasn't really needed at all, you could give that away to your neighbor and continue to use Collinite #845 as your LSP!

Agree. I've never used NXT, but from talking to people who have, the Collinite will last far longer.

Got that truck looking fantastic!

Not to hijack this thread, but what is NXT anyway? Is it like Meguiars consumer version of a sealant?

NXT is Meguiars "new age" line.

Prior to the introduction of the Ultimate line, it was Meguiar's top-shelf sealant. I used it as my base sealant, topping it with Meg's #26 "beauty" wax. It's pretty good stuff, but my can has been unused since discovering brands like Collinite and Duragloss.
