Foamed Wool Pad

Has anyone used this pad? Thoughts on it if you have...
Comes with centering post so I will have to get a new backing plate?

Just ordered a pair of these actually, but haven't had a chance to try them out yet. I will report back with a review as soon as I do.

I watched my friend use it on my car, does that count?

The centering post is for rotary backing plates that have an indentation for it to line up with.
