I recently repainted the black trim on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport with Dupli-Color trim paint-- the paint is flaking off and looks horrible--at some point a grocery cart hit the plastic trim and regardless of how many coats I use it still comes thru- any suggestions how to cover the mark and do I sand the old trim paint off?
