Frozen Products

I recently received a new shipment of detailing products through the mail. A few were frozen upon delivery. Most have returned to their normal states, except for one. My bottle of CG Clear Seal Detailer was a chunk of ice when I took it out of the box. I've never used this product before but I believe the freeze\thaw has altered it. I'm guessing it should be a bright white, but as you can see its changed to a cruddy looking brown. Its also leaving chunky bits on the bottle. I have tried shaking it up, but it hasn't helped.

Should I still use this? It was recommend to put on my clearbra.
Any better products to use to maintain my bra?
