how to remove the scratch

i will some picture, i assume someone wants to steal my car and scratch my car, but lucky it did not happen, but my car is scratch, i want to ask how to remove it.

Those look like scuffs, they look like they could be polished out.

Its not a major issue.I have many times removes the scratch fro the car bodies.It could be polish out and some of the material pasted to it and and cleanly work out and its then shine like a new one.Even a single scratch is not be displayed after the whole process.
