Hi All, I purchased this 2004 XLT Ford Ranger about a little over a month ago. Sorry No before Pictures. I was looking for a daily driver and something with 4 x 4 for the New England Winters. When negotiating a price I kept pointing out the marring, scratches and several dings on each door, which I had removed by a Ding Doctor. Since my detail I have added a pin-stripe and stainless steel fender molding. I wish I had some before pictures. The paint was in pretty bad shape. Since then I have been offered $2000 more than my purchase price and the original owner can not believe what the truck looks like now. Here was my process:

Washed
Clayed
XMT #4 with Orange Pad, PC on 5
Pinnacle ASR with Green Pad, PC on 5
RSMG with White Pad, PC on 6
Natty’s Blue by hand
Sovereign Spray Wax for a final boost
Tires: PB BnB

Joe....Nice truck..same year as mine....you did a great job on it....they are not as easy as they look....the window areas and door posta are buggers...lol....at least with a rotary....I have to get the PC with 4" pads to get them good....

but the truck looks super nice.....I was going to trade mine in a few months back for a F-250 Diesel...but would have to register it commerical....

It still has the stock tires on it..mine also..but they are the worse tires I ever had....bad in rain and snow....I am going Yokohama this fall...or Cooper...

enjoy the ride..its a nice truck....great job bringing it back

Thanks for the look and comments Al. You won't be sorry for getting some 4" pads. They are great for the hard areas. I agree about the tires, I will be purchasing a New Set this winter.

Hi Al, I mis understood when you said you have to get some 4" pads, LOL. The PC can do some nice corrections in the hard too reach areas. It's a great tool. Oh, I live in Hopedale, MA. JoeD
