It depends on your car, paint ect most people can restore the cars body without harm to paint while other times you cant get rid of the dent or have paint chipping, and if you have paint chipping just touch it up

PDR guy told me most likely won't work with this method, but give it a shot.. not a lot of money in supplies to lose

Just go for it. Didn't seem like any damage occurred in the video.

it could depending on the size of the dent... but I think its already damaged since its all banged up.. but I highly doubt this will get you anywhere... compressed air will cool the spot then heat gun will rapidly expand causing it to "pop" out.. if it was to work damage to the paint is likely, I think it does not matter
