You want a glaze.

Poorboys World makes a glaze for dark and light colored cars.

Chemical guys blacklight has a good amount of filling ability as well.

Just be aware that glazes don't last long, and even shorter if you don't top them.

Depending on how much "filling" is desired:
Four Star Ultimate Paint Protection;
