Get a rough idea what you want it to be, get a graphic artist to make it for you.

Working with a graphic designer will make a big difference in the finished product and how it comes across to the public and the audience you are trying to reach. You could offer a free detail to the designer if you are happy with the design. In my opinion a logo isn't what makes or breaks a detailing business. I've never lost a client because of a lack of a logo. Not that I know of anyway.

If you were in Utah I'd trade ya a design for a detail! Now I don't know if you've been doing detailing for a while or if you're new, but if you're on the newer side of things, I always recommend people to let what you do overshadow who you are. People are looking for a specific service, which would be "Mobile Detailing", so I would make that stand out, and put your name in the shadows. Once you get to the point where everyone says "Hey call McNiell's", than reverse the roles and make name stand out since everyone will already know what you do. I've seen a lot of businesses fail due to naming issues. Much more than businesses with only "ok" logos.
Just a thought!

Na, your company name is fine and completely up to you, I'm just talking about the arrangement of your name in your logo. Like if you look at these next 2 logos, you will see what I mean about the service standing out more than the name.

And then this would be an example of the opposite.

Anytime! The things you can learn at school haha. Now for the next little while, every sign you look at you'll notice how they're organized.
