If you want to stick with CG get Pete's 53

If you don't care about brand, get Black Ice

How are they the same? I use Lava and love it. Never used their Black Wax. I love 50/50 Concours.

CG black wax is suppose to be lava wax but for black cars, so most of there properties are the same.

Im tore now on just going with 50/50 or black wax. Ive seen some negative reviews on black wax and might juss settle for 50/50 or petes 53..

For $75 CG Black is not all that...pickup up the 3oz pod of BlackICE.

BlackICE has been a whole lot more durable then CG Black...

Where are you located and what are the temps like?

I have been really wanting to try black wax and lava. I have a light blue dart I'm dying to see lava on and my uncle has an 86 crown Vic 5k miles that black would look good on. The reviews have always scared me. I'm not l looking for durability just looks

Aside from being a total pain in the asses to get the cover back on it finished great the last time I used it. Sounds like I need to buy some black-ice.

I use Black on top of Blacklight for my Carbon Steel Gray GTI and it looks stunning. It has been on there for about 1.5 months now and it still looks great. Every two weeks I top it off with Hybrid V7 and POW it looks even better! My past three customers have made comments on how great my car looks.

I can't speak for Blackfire, but, if it's that good I will have to give it a try too!

Yup that is the kit chem guys is selling, blacklight with black wax on top.. Just havent seen many reviews, and the ones i have, havent been very happy, seems like people are alot more happy with 50/50 and petes 53..

Black ice is a bit too expensive for my taste, even CG black wax i thought was expensive lol.
