I would like to know the differences between these Paint coatings. There's deathly a difference in price between the two. What does the black label offer over the DP paint coating or vice versa.

Any of you guys that have used either one please let me know as I have only use the DP paint coating.

I've used them both and there is no difference in the application process, both are extremely easy.

I haven't used both on the same color car but I feel like the black label coating is glossier and glassy, then the DP coating.

This is buffing the application of PBL on the roof of a silver car.

Somewhere along the line, it was claimed that the DP Coating contained both a Ceramic, and a Polymer. And that the Pinnacle GL Coating only contained Ceramic ingredients.

Black Label Diamond Paint Coating contains a pure concentration of nano-glass ceramic particles; DP Paint Coating is both a ceramic and polymer blend.

Diamond Paint Coating lasts 50% longer (3 years versus 2 years), is easier to apply and makes the paint glossier and slicker.

Hence the price difference.

Thanks guys!

I agree with Scott about BL being glossier. I also feel it is easier to apply than the DP, the DP feels "grabbier," but if you're happy with the DP you probably won't notice too much of a difference with the BL.

Here are my videos on some products from the DP & Pinnacle Black Label Line

I would say the biggest difference I found was that the PBL was easier to apply/removal durability
Both are great products, I would take the black label line over the dp though if I was presented with the choice.

well, so much for ordering some. I put it in my cart and it cost $15.95 to ship a small 4oz bottle of black label paint coating? No thanks.

Just thinking out load here but you are allowing $16 to stop you from trying something you know you want to try? This stuff can coat 15 cars with 4 oz's. That works out to just over a buck extra per vehicle. No disrespect but can you miss something like 4 Starbucks coffee's to save up for the shipping? The reward may be worth the short term pain of giving up something for another thing.

Non taken. You have your opinion, I have mine. Im just not paying that much to ship a bottle that is barely bigger than my hand. USPS is maybe 5.95 shipped. Its the principle bud.

Yeah, holdout.

Your just reward is you'll get it at a discount and probably free shipping.
