Hi,
After I have my 2013 Civic professionally detailed, paint correct and Opti-Coat Pro applied, which detailer spray will be the best choice....Sonax or Optimum? Or are they are pretty much the same and all hype?
Thanks

If by Sonax, you mean the Sonax Brilliant Shine Detailer then no it's not all hype. There is a 140 page thread on detailingworld on how amazing this product is and it's finally now catching on in the states. It gives amazing beading and lasts very long for a spray sealant/quick detailer. It would be a good topper for Opti-Coat if you must top it.

Sonax is like a sealant... Optimum is your just looking for a (bulk) inexpensive way to wipe down the finish with decent shine.

I think op wants ocw vs bsd

Sonax BSD #1.

The Sonax will actually enhance the water behavior of the OC compared to OCW.

If your talking about Optimum Car Wax (OCW)...
Then it's no hype.
This product (and its UV-attributes) is patented.

Sonax BSD all the way. Started using this about a month ago and the beading/sheeting is insane.
