Those 'touchless' car washes use recycled water. Doesn't that mean that the salt water is recycled/re-used? Don't think the water is filtered... Feed back please. :buffing:

Unless the reclaimed water is filtered, salt is definitely being recycled as well. Pretty nasty thought, huh? :-(

Yeah many touchless car washes does recycle there water/don't
filter it(cuts down on cost) but some does that mean's most of the time your car will be getting a salt bath not bubble bath

Most of the time they end with a spot free rinse which is filtered.

I had a friend "RIP Double B" who owned several spray bays and a drive through here in Michigan. If they recycle it has to be filtered and tested. If not it would destroy the equipment before our cars. The ones he owned did not recycle. I worked on his places many times.
