Today I worked on this 99' GMC that needed some TLC.

Below are some before and after pics of my work.

The following was done......

Washed 3 times
Clayed
Compounded using Wolfgang Uber with my DeWalt 849x and a wool pad.
Polished using Meguiar's 205 using my Porter Cable XP along with a Lake Country black Lake Country flat finishing pad.
Sealed using the Wolfgang Glossy Paint Sealant.
Tires dressed with Meguiar's Hyper Dressing.

Customer told me the truck had not been washed in over a year, I believed him.

This was the worst truck I've cleaned in a long time, nothing about it was easy, I did manage to get it done in one day though.

Wow that truck was really dirty but you brought it back to life

On the back quarter panel it was so bad even claying did nothing
I sprayed it with some Meguiar's Wheel Brightener, that worked very well.
The truck is driven 100 miles each day and hadn't been washed in a year, I tell you it wasn't easy to wash it, the polishing went well though, man I love my DeWalt 849x along with my double sided wool pad , it worked well using the Wolfgang Uber.
I had it buffed out rather quickly then was off to step two with the 205.

Wow I didn't know the dirt/contaminants was that stuck on the truck, but from that workout take a load off for a bit, and keep up the great work

Just.......wow..........
When i lived down there and worked offshore, i had company trucks. It made me so sad seeing how some of those guys didnt even care for their trucks. Mine was always clean inside and out.

How was the inside of that thing?

Inside is worst than the outside, it would take my an entire day to get it clean.
It's horrible.

A product called "Spray Nine", you can clean pretty much anything with it including plastics.
Good stuff:dblthumb2:

Full strength, the guy who owns the truck love his tires to shine and it will shine if you don't cut the Hyper Dressing.
