It looks easy when mike does it on video, just turn the pennicle container upside down and the wax falls out. It surely doesn't happen that way for me. Lol. I went to a small university so I'm not to smart. Are there any tricks to this ???

Keep the lid on, turn upside down, give it two-three good wacks on your counter. Then open up, turn upside down and it should drop right out.

Speaking of small Universities...
I'll have to get back with you at a later time:
I went to night school.

Funny how I just did this today luckily with no issues. ..just be sure you sure ur keeping ur palm free of the wax and only on the brim of the container and give it a few thrusts..

It came out but in big chunks. It broke in to pieces. What the hell ????

The best way is to heat it around the sides with a hair dryer or heat gun - then tap it out gently. That being said, I hate applying wax by machine - it's like trying to put a screw in with a hammer.

I think I'll leave it alone and use a pad by hand.

The mere fact of rubbing an applicator pad across the
pieces-of-Wax will create enough friction-heat to jump-start the healing processes.
