If your willing to spend a few bucks...Sonax polishes are GREAT!

Go the easy route.

Optimum hyper compound then hyper polish. Easy to use, little dusting, will work perfect on that soft Camry.

My wifes Attitude Black Metallic Camry responds well to Meguiar's 205.

After you fix the scratches, you gotta learn not to touch the paint until you have the time/weather to clean it correctly. Snow & salt don't scratch paint - cleaning the car incorrectly does.

As for polishes, I'd probably go with Wolfgang. Very easy to use DAT polishes that are quite effective. TSR can take care of most scratches on an aggressive pad on most paints and finish LSP ready on most paint.

I had an 05 black camry, when I got done correcting it, it looked brand new. Then next day I saw some fine swirls again, its a loosing battle.

Why don't you wait until winter is over?

:iagree:

It's probably snowing by you as i'm writing this.
I'm waiting a couple of months.
Washed and waxed yesterday in anticipation of today's snow.

good luck.....elliot

As recommended wait until spring to do any error correcting or you will be doing it again.

Just wash it really good and put a good sealant on it.

If you want to clean it up use WG Polish Enhancer on a White LC Pad then put down 2 coats of WGDGPS..... That all I would do until spring.

Thanks Guys,

I will be waiting until spring I do have the wg sealant and polish enhancer and white pad. I also have the menzena polishes so I will be using those in the spring. I hope that is enough to correct the surface scratches.
