I went to use this product yesterday and, even though it doesn't say to shake, I did carry the container around for a bit shaking it vigorously. Removed the top and noted how thin the liquid was, but went ahead and used in on leather seats. After using about one-half inch, a lump of unmixed material became visible. Bottom line is that one has to STIR this material to get a mix of solvent and product. I suspect all is OK, the remainder is just a little thicker than necessary.

Funny thing is the bottle of Connolly all liquid cleaner says "shake well."

What were you using it on .... this product is designed for uncoated leather. I shake both very well !

Good leather seats in a Ford and a Dodge....I went back over the area which had just received just the solvent, with the thick product, and all is well.

This stuff does have a tendency of watering up if not used often. Glad you figured it out
