We have had rain every day for over 20 days. I had not washed the wife’s Quest in over a month. It has never been so filthy!

Wheels: (the front wheels were extremely dirty)
PB Spray & Rinse Wheel Cleaner
Rinse off with Kracher PW
Another spray of PB SRWC
Meg’s brush
Simple Green (10:1) on wheel wells
Rinse with Kracher

After washing wheels:
DP Wheel Glaze
DP Gloss Tire Gel
No Touch spray on wheel wells

Wash:
1 oz PB Bug Squash, 2 oz PB Super Slick Suds, 4 oz water mixed in the AG Foam Gun
Black Schmidt

Glass:
Diamonite & Cobra Glass WW – Just received the Diamonite in an order and wanted to give it a try. Works well, but I can’t say it beats DP Krystal Vision.

Trim:
PB Tim Restorer – Just received it in an order. I really like it! I’m eager to see how well it holds up.

Wax:
Pinnacle Spray Souveran: I would not have used this on the Quest, but I just got it in a order and I wanted to give it a try. Frankly, I didn’t think much of it as I sprayed it on. I thought it would probably be better as a topper over paste wax. However, after it was applied I noticed a nice shine on the car. A real nice shine considering I just sprayed and wiped!

Thanks Gary. There has been a lot of flooding around here. All of the area lakes are way over normal. Many have gone from 9 feet below a year ago to 11 feet above now.

Glad to see you back on-line. Did you have a good trip?

Reddwarf, I hope your weather gets back to normal and you don't have any flooding. I'm still stuck in Michigan on a business trip. I have been working my a$$ off here and I have not had much time for the forum. I'll be glad to be back home in Florida but I'm not sure when that'is going to be.

I used to use that same megs wheel brush, and I go to tell you that you need to buy the EZ wheel brush. it's amazing the difference!

Thanks for the tip. I've thought about buying that. I'll have to put it on my next order.

Nice work, and yes it was dirty. Excellent trunaround and the PB wheel cleaner is awesome I am so glad I got it!!!

Though don't complain about the rain, its better than having none, we are in a major drought over here and cannot wash our cars other than at commercial premises, but alas I use my shower water with DP 4-in-1!!

Gosh that's a lot of rain. I would hate that!!!
Nice work on the van there!!! I like the close-up on the wheels. I too need a better wheel brush. Can't get our green van's wheels to look as good as yours!
Nice job!

You did a very nice job on your van.. It sounds like you had a lot of new products to try from your last order. The PBTR is really good stuff and the Souveran Spray is incredible (and it smells like cookies, yum). Thanks for sharing your detail with us. I'll bet you're happy it stopped raining long enough to get this detail done.

Nice work cleaning that thing up, love the way the tires and wheels came out!

It let up a little bit yesterday and I took the time to do my wife's Explorer. Came out real nice!

It poured again today! The Quest is dirty again, but way cleaner than it was. I asked my wife how the beading of the rain was on the hood with the Souvean Spray wax and she just looked at me like I was talking a foreign language. LOL.
