I have a blanket that is prett much the softest thing I've ever felt in my life. There's a textile company down the street from me that would turn this thing into a few boarderless cloths for me. My question is, is there anything negative that soft polyester can do to paint? This thing is thick and soft and it reminds me of something you'd be able to remove your LSP with

Yes. Polyester is horrible at absorbing any type of liquids. Why not just get some Crazy Piles?

I think I'm going to go for it. I'll post pictures after the textile company cuts them and seals the ends. I think it's possible it will work 50/50 chance but I'm willing to try on my own car so there's no real loss.
