Found this I had posted way back on the Mother's forum. This isn't perfect by any means. No polishing involved so the shade is hiding all the swirls. But this is the starting vehicle for my detailing practice. No longer bath towels for drying, and no longer dawn and a rag for washing.
This would have been the Mother's car wash at the time, their tire shine, back to black, etc. I think I went all out on Mother's from a commercial on the spiketv PowerBlock from that time.
Thought Ii would share a memory. Still have the truck but it has now become a fully dedicated work truck and just can't keep it clean.
Ironically I found this during a Google search for something and it was in the images listing. I was so excited because I didn't have any photos left, I ran and told my wife like a little kid.
