During black friday I picked up 4 of these towels after reading on the forum about them. I tried them yesterday but I am not really wowed with them. Do they leave streaks for anyone else who uses them?

I wash my car and then use a jelly blade to get most of the water off. I then used the guzzler but once they got a little wet they began to streak.

Is there a science to proper use of these towel??? Thanks guys! Feed back please

For some reason, mine worked much better after the first use washing in the washing machine. Then I found that once it got oversaturated, a quick wring-out is all it needed to finish the job.

I used one towel to dry a Ford Taurus I detailed a couple of weeks ago. It worked great. Better than I was really expecting.

It's best to wash a towel before using it for the first time - drying towels especially.

Wash it using a microfiber-specific detergent, like Wolfgang Microfiber Cleaner and Rejuvenator, and you'll be good to go.

Wolfgang Microfiber Cleaner and Rejuvenator is the first and only microfiber detergent formulated with the HE washing machine in mind. Wolfgang Microfiber Cleaner and Rejuvenator is a specially formulated detergent that deep cleans microfiber towels and tools, effectively removing oily and greasy residues. Wolfgang Microfiber Cleaner and Rejuvenator preserves the soft texture and unique absorption qualities of microfiber towels and tools. Highly concentrated formula only requires an ounce or two depending on the size of the load!

After determining the size of the load, set the temperature to "Hot Cold"

Wash them for sure, and also what's the weather like where you are? I know when it's colder out my drying towels don't pick up as much water, and streak a bit too

That explains it! I will wash them and see how it goes. Thank you all!
