I would go with the AR. Cheaper price, name brand and reputable, has more cleaning power[=PSIxGPM], and the hose reel looks more convenient. Plus you know you can get an attachment for the AR to adapt a foam cannon, and obtain AR parts/accessories easier.

I bought this one after getting fed up with setting up my gas PW all the time. I've used it numerous times and haven't had any issues with it.

How is it more powerful? SPX3000 is 2030PSI and 1.76GPM

Anyhow, I was in the same dilema for weeks, including those 2 plus the Karcher X K5.540.

I finally went with the SPX because of the most power, the 2 year warranty, and the standard quick connect tips. I've used it already to clean brick pavers with rotary/nozzle attachment (http://www.amazon.com/Briggs-Stratton-6195-Connect-Nozzle/dp/B007HHEUA0/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1389740224&sr=8-4&keywords=rotary+nozzle) and it did great.

Thanks for the info not a ton of reviews on that PW but they were all really good.. Did you buy on amazon or order locally and do you use a foam cannon? I want to make sure it will connect

Yea I know, if not I was going to go with the AR. Yes I got on Amazon. I have the foam cannon, you have to order with the kranzle/m22 fitting. I just bought a quick connector Forney 75134 Pressure Washer Accessories, Quick Coupler Plug, 1/4-Inch Male NPT, 5, 500 PSI - Amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003X5OQGS/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) so that way it connects easily to everything. Problem is the foam cannon doesn't work too well for me :( I see MUCH weaker PWs throwing out tons of suds. I'm waiting for a call from AG to solve though.

Yes sir, I bought the PW specifically for use with my cannon. I had one similar to the two you were deciding between and it kept falling over with the slightest tug on the hose because of its high center of mass. I ended up giving it to my neighbor and purchasing the Greenworks. I picked up a male 1/4" quick connect coupler from Home Depot and installed it on my foam cannon for easy swapping between the cannon and pressure tips. I prefer my cannon at the end of the wand extension for better reach. That and I'm further from the vehicle and get much less splash back!
